I am nearing the end of my two weeks off work, and I am sad about it.
I looked after to little Tiggy for a week while my mum went on holiday. I think she got a bit confused, because she's an old cat, and she's only just got used to me being here and my parents come home today! Bless her. She decided to hang out in the bath last night like a wierdo.
I've done loads of baking! I didn't photograph much of it though, I was too busy trying to make sure I didn't make a horrific mess, because my mum us fussy about mess and things and I've been baking my mum's kitchen because it's bigger than mine and she has more baking tools.
I make strawberry and vanilla cupcakes with buttercream swirled on top. Then I made simple biscuits, which were nice. Then Craig and I made a whole cake, and iced it with white glacé icing, and did a (messy) pattern with red butter icing. There's none left because we ate it all.
Then, I made fudge, toffee, and chocolate truffles for my mum's birthday, which are on my other blog. NOM NOM NOM.
See, I've been a busy baking beee.
I've also eaten a lot of pizza on my time off. We made a pizza from scratch the other day, which was delicious, and I was nearly sick because there was so much! Then I went to pizza hut with my mummy and my nanny for bufffet. THEN Louise and I want to pizza hut on our epic outing. We then went to the casino, and I've never been to one before. We didn't undestand any of the gambling so we just had a drink. Well, we had two because on the first one the syrup in the coke ran out, so we got it for free. It still contained Malibu, so it was still nice. Then we drank in the park, before getting cold and needing a wee, so we went to spoons and had a jug of Pimms.
Apart for that, I've generally been lazy. Went to the cinema with Connie and Martin yesterday, but we got bored of the film so we left and went to the pub instead.
I'm now waiting for my mummy to come back, and scared that she'll find a mess even though I've been super tidy.
Update on my 100 books thing: I've finished the Harry Potter books, and I feel empty because I want MORRRRE. I'm reading Brideshead Revisited now, but I always find it hard to get into a new book.
