angus, thongs and perfect snogging

I just accidentally (but a little bit on purpose) caught a couple of minutes that movie "Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging". I read the book (unashamedly) a few years ago and am not intregued. And I secretly like teenager films I think.

Anyway, the main girl whose name I don't remember just reminded me of myself in the most embarassing way possible. One of the lovely ladies I work with once told me I was "like a giggling teenager". But it was worse than that. In this scene of the film, the main character an her friend are at the fruit and veg shop where the guy from school who she has a crush on works, they're talking to this other guy who works there too when the guy in question comes round the corner. This girl just STARES. And then, she said some REALLY STUPID THINGS. It's supposed to be cliché, but it's SO TRUE that people are silly in front of people they like. Then her mum came and announced that apples give her wind. At least that never happened to me.

I think we always act like we did when we were fourteen, we just like to pretend we've grown up.

OH LOL! They're spying on the popular girl getting changed through the window! What utter perverts!
